Our sales experience with Isaac DeGrasse was truly 5 stars. He's knowledgeable, customer-focused and unflappable when things go awry. Delivery and our first installation experience were not good at call. We also dealt with having to replace two defective appliances and one botched installation. Belmont store manager, Mark Menard was very effective in addressing our issues and his efforts helped to retain us as loyal Barons customers. Mark worked a miracle on arranging a replacement dishwasher and a first appointment installation within 24 hours. We were fortunate to have an expert installer correct one issue and install our new dishwasher today. He is superb at what he does and is a super nice guy. Shout outs to Isaac, Mark and Dan for their efforts to exceed our expectations

Shopped over internet, good info available, pricing is competitive, sales contact was fast, courteous and thorough. Delivery was quick, communication was very good and the tracking ap worked as expected. Removal of the old washer and dryer was appreciated for a fee. The setup was quick and all packaging was removed. Overall, I was satisfied with the entire order process. I will consider Barons for future orders.
