Called when our washer wasn't working. was willing to come out the next day to look at it, but my wife wanted to be there, so he scheduled the first day she was available. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue. Ordered the part and said it would take a couple of days for the part to arrive. He called as promised when part arrived and scheduled the install within days. Showed up on time and installed the part. Great communication and follow through. Would definitely recommend.

He called back within 2 days, was running early for his appointment which worked out brilliantly for us, quickly diagnosed the problem (which was owner error, duh), did not charge exorbitantly, and did not make my husband feel inadequate :) when we realized it was our error/oversight. 5+ stars!
