Appliance Repair Svc

I had a problem with our dryer making a weird noise. I called to make an appointment which was very easy. The technician called before he arrived and was early. He quickly assessed the issue, replaced a few parts and I was able to pay on his tablet. The whole process took an hour. I thought the price was reasonable, everyone I interacted with was very friendly and polite. I highly recommend!

Chose this company based on its appearance online as well as in person. Professional call at the house. Mike was courteous, polite, and informative. Was worth the service call to have the piece of mind my washer needed replacing. I own a home services company and I plan to implement a lot of the details Mike went through in my engagement with him. Well done team!

Wonderful!!! Called in the afternoon he arrived by 9 am. The next day. During the phone call, he explained all of the cost for coming and how much it would cost to do a second Appliance, which was a great savings. when our service person came he was pleasant, clean very helpful. He identified the problem he showed us the most expense to repair and how it could be less in both appliances. he spent a great deal of time researching all of the parts to make sure he had the correct parts ordered. they asked for the model numbers of the appliances beforehand, and our appliances are very old so parts had to be ordered, but they try and keep most of the parts on hand. when he left he cleaned up everything explained everything. The visit cost exactly what was quoted during the phone conversation. when the parts come in, he will call. he quoted the labor as well as the parts to me. highly highly recommend them

Tina arrived on time and got right to work. She was friendly and explained everything she was doing as she went along and why she was doing it. Very knowledgeable and my wife and I were comfortable having her in our home. She went above and beyond what we had made the appointment for and checked a second refrigerator and a freezer in the basement and uncovered a potential problem with both saving us the possibility of losing a large amount of food..
