I have always been treated with the utmost respect respect. Having Viking, Wolfe and Sub Zero appliances are always frustrating. Only Jetmore was able to get the replacement parts on our grill without any issues. The customer service is exception not the rule. They are more than happy to have me visit to pick up the grill’s burners etc or offered no stress delivery. Sales makes the 1st sale but service and service alone keeps customers coming back! They are loyal and have worked hard to maintain my loyalty. They are good people.

Jetmore is the number 1 in my book. They found out what was the problem with my old Gas Fireplace and showed it to me. Their sales person was great and worked with us for obtaining a replacement which was actually larger than the original that we had installed by NATGRID. Their Installation technician was the best. He explained everything as he did the installation and cleaned up everything when completed.
