Answered quickly and came to the house the next day only charged $100 for the service fee and another $100 for the repair itself took an hour and my dryer is now working normally. I would use him again without thinking twice.

I called Felipe yesterday and he quickly made an appointment and showed up today, fixed my 3 month none working oven in 30 mins and also took a look at my dryer vents free of charge. I was very impressed of him explaining every single detail to me and showing me what he did. He is a very honest professional and I appreciate that. Got two appliances looked at and fixed in one day and paid a very decent price. He will definitely be my number one choice in the future.

Very dissatisfied. Had a 5:30pm appointment scheduled from the day before. He showed up at 4:30pm as seen in my ring camera and when I called to let him know I wasn’t home yet he cancelled my scheduled appointment and said no one could come out to help that day because of the rain. I’m now 48 hours without a working refrigerator. If he knew he couldn’t make my scheduled appointment he should’ve communicated that, I would’ve left work or have gotten someone else to come out. Now I’m left to scramble to try and find someone else to help on such short notice. Terrible communication and customer service. Would not recommend.

Philippe is a professional technician who knows his craft. I think it says a lot about a person who is proud enough to put his company name on his car...it shows professionalism and pride in one's work. Philippe saved our young gas dryer from the recycling pile and got us back up and running again. The work was technical and challenging because the model and brand we have, GE, doesn't make repairing easy.
