I truly cannot recommend Appliance Driven enough. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation so much easier for our family. We discovered a significant mold issue with our refrigerator, and Joel at Appliance Driven immediately came over to assess the situation. He explained exactly how it needed to be handled safely and put me in touch right away with the appropriate mold professionals. He then carefully measured our existing refrigerator cavity, which is surrounded by custom built-ins, and took the time to give us several replacement options at different price points that would actually work in the space. The very next day, Joel arranged for an excellent, trustworthy crew to come remove and properly handle the moldy refrigerator. He even provided us with a small temporary refrigerator so we wouldn’t be without one while we waited for the replacement. From the time we discovered the problem, Joel had our new refrigerator ordered and installed within THREE DAYS, which was honestly incredible. When we noticed a small issue with the new refrigerator afterward, he sent a crew back immediately to troubleshoot it and make sure everything was working properly. What impressed me most throughout the entire process was how responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful Joel was. He followed up consistently by text and phone, kept us updated every step of the way, and made us feel like he truly cared about getting everything resolved correctly — not just making a sale. It is rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and responsive. Joel and Appliance Driven completely took the stress out of a really unpleasant situation, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for appliances. We will absolutely be using Appliance Driven again in the future!

Very disappointing experience with Appliance Driven. We chose them specifically because of their strong reviews and reputation for great customer service, but unfortunately our experience was the opposite. Their employee made a clear commitment regarding our delivery without first asking for photos, dimensions, model information, or other details needed to determine whether they could actually fulfill it. When the issue arose, rather than taking responsibility for their employee’s mistake and working toward a reasonable resolution, management ultimately blamed us and refused to make it right. The entire situation was handled poorly and left us feeling that customer service ends once the sale is made. Do not purchase from here. Go somewhere more reputable that will stand by their word and take responsibility when their employees make a commitment to a customer.

Renovations can be a lot of stress working with Appliance Driven is not. Zuleima was very helpful during the planning stages and gave us a great suggestion on a flush microwave. When construction ran late they held our appliances an additional 30 days without question. When the fridge was having trouble making it through a service entrance door the two person delivery crew instantly turned into a two truck 4 man team. Stuff happens, when I found a small manufacturing defect on my Sub drawers a service visit was immediately arranged. In Manhattan, Westchester or beyond Appliance Driven is highly recommended.

I received my delivery of a refrigerator for my basement on April 3. The crew that came to my home could not have been more professional and friendly. I needed the old fridge removed and they took as much care with that, bringing it up from the basement as they did with the new one. They gave me some info regarding the new fridge and positioned it as I wanted. I was very happy with the service.

I've worked with Appliance Driven for more than 15 years. As an interior designer, they have been my appliance supplier/installer for numerous clients' renovations. I decided to use myself as a guinea pig for their relatively new service: custom cabinetry. I am thrilled with their recommendations, products, service and implementation of my design concepts. My new kitchen is a dream! I love "my team" at Appliance Driven and look forward to working on many more projects together.
