Absolutely fantastic! Jamie was outstanding as well as Keith and Ben! I'm a first time homeowner and Jamie went way above and beyond helping me get my mini splits furnace and on demand hot water heater. Keith was very informative and helpful when giving me my electric service quote and Ben was great when he and his crew (Fritz among many others) came to install everything! Also, the customer service employees are very nice and do a really good job. When I bought this home knowing I needed these things immediately I did a lot of review reading and once I came to Universe and read how happy people were I knew this was who I was going to go with.

We recently had a R install HVAC AC-Service installed by Tommy Ercolano and his crew from Universe Home Services, and the entire experience was outstanding. I guess you don't get what you pay for. Paid 270 with tax to have a tune up on my oil boiler a few days ago. Everything seems to be fine but I never saw the tech bring a shop vac or anything to clean up the soot in the boiler. So after a few days I checked it out myself. I had expected it was not clean out at all. Not the boiler or the pipe. It was 2 screws to remove the panel. Nothing was cleaned. I don't like watching people as they do there work but I guess in these time you cant give benefit of the doubt.

I had an excellent experience with Universe. Vidal does incredible work and stands behind all the work that he does. He was kind, patient and caring and took the time to explain everything that was being done and why it was necessary. I am extremely happy with the work that was done and I will definitely be using universe for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend both Universe and Vidal.

I had a great experience with Brian Gerle when he came to check my boiler. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure the system was running safely and efficiently before he left. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. It’s reassuring to find someone you can trust with something as important as your home’s heating system.
