I am extremely disappointed with my experience after purchasing a grill from P.C. Richard & Son over Memorial Day weekend. When I purchased the grill, my salesperson, Oliver, was very helpful, and I even left him a five-star review because I was pleased with the service I received. Unfortunately, that positive experience ended after the sale. On the Fourth of July, I discovered that the grill would not heat above 350 degrees. I contacted the store the same day and was told I had a one-year warranty. I was given the service department's phone number and instructed to call them directly. When I contacted the service department, I was told I would have to pay $199 just to have a technician come to my home. That was completely inconsistent with what I had been told regarding the warranty. I called Oliver back to explain what had happened and asked for assistance. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I received excuses. I requested to speak with a manager or have one return my call. I was assured someone would contact me. No one ever did. What has been most disappointing is not just the defective grill, but the complete lack of customer service after the sale. A company should stand behind the products it sells and follow through when a customer has a legitimate warranty concern. I hope P.C. Richard & Son reaches out to resolve this matter because, at this point, I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled.

Had a very bad experience. Driver delivered a load there and was instructed to drop trailer on a designated spot. And they told my driver that they will call him once done and also informed that it will take a long time. After all day waiting and no call. Driver went in to check. everybody has left work already and trailer is gone from the dock no where to be found. Called the same number who called us to tell where to drop our trailer. Person who answered was very rude and didnt help at all. Driver drove around and found trl dropped outside of their company and under a sign thats says no truck/trailer parking. This is outrageous. Our trailer could have been towed out. My driver could have misunderstood instructions, but you have his phone# just call him once done, but instead they on purpose dropped out trailer under a sign that says no trailers and outside of their premises.

These people will outright lie to your face and disrespect you. Avoid PC Richard's at all costs. I made a complaint with corporate. I was told I would get a call back in a day or two. They, of course, never called. Save your time, money and sanity and shop literally anywhere else. Edit: as for the corporate response: no. Paw patrol could figure this caper out. I have contacted corporate multiple times. Figure out your own business. I'm here only to warn my neighbors.

I ordered a FRIGIDAIRE REFRIGERATOR, I was told by the technician who came today that it came from Farmingdale , NY it started dripping inside the fridge and the water deposits under the bins , from DAY ONE , called the PC Richard customer service line scheduled 2 visits as the service technician tried whatever he could and the moment he left started dropping again. Today was his 2nd visit I am so disappointed with their service. Purchased so many appliances but never a brand fromFRIGIDAIRE, this is my first , I should have stuck with GE like all , My other appliances Requested a replacement, just today I spoke to one the nicest customer service agent MS KELLY who heard my complaint And called me back as I requested a replacement , the supervisor suggested that I should have a 3rd service call , I SERIOUSLY DONT KNOW WHY I BOUGHT THIS BRAND In such difficult DIFFICULT TIMES , saved up to buy this fridge and now “ PC Richards as they say” SUPERIOR SERVICE BEFORE AND AFTER “ let’s see If my problem will be resolved , will speak to the manager at Farmingdale as per the technician’s advice “ Hopefully a miracle to happen”

I ordered a new gas range from this store and scheduled a delivery date. I took time off from work to receive the range but was surprised when the installation people arrived with an electric range. It took a few weeks, but we finally managed to get the right gas range in. I had to take time off work for the second install as well. My salesperson, Mauricio, promised that I'd receive a $100 gift card after the second delivery for the hassle/inconvenience. Now that the range has been fully installed, he is nowhere to be found for literally months. I've tried texting, calling, calling again, but have been completely ignored. Terrible customer service. Not only did they screw up the initial delivery and forced me to take time off work twice, they went back on their word for trying to "make things right". Why say it in the first place if you do not plan to follow through? I do not plan to purchase from them again, and I recommend the same for others.
