I just purchased a refrigerator at this PC Richard's location and was most pleased! I was limited by a somewhat small built in opening, but Hoss, the salesperson, was extremely helpful ! He sold me the perfect GE refrigerator for my limited space at a great price! In addition, he arranged for a prompt delivery, removal and haul away of my old unit, and reconnection of the water supply to the icemaker. I couldn't have been more pleased with the excellent service and price! Honestly, the customer service provided by PC Richards was superb! I highly recommend this company!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at the Elwood P.C. Richard & Son. The staff is always super helpful and never makes you feel like you’re asking too many questions. They actually take the time to explain things, give honest suggestions, and help you figure out what’s best instead of trying to upsell you. The location is also really convenient since it’s right off the main road, making it an easy stop. Definitely my go-to store whenever I need electronics for the house!
