The staff at this location are the realest! They are patient, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. You can tell they aren’t just there for the money. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves satisfied. Mr. Ricky and Roland are absolutely the best! Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service keep me coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Update: I returned to PC Richard Elmont the next day to pick up a few more things and was even introduced to other employees. Everyone is so incredibly nice there and service really is top-notch. Also, there is a convenient parking lot by their car-audio site just across the street (an easy small street to cross that has available street parking). I love PC Richard & Sons in Elmont, looking forward to returning. So nice meeting you all! Today, I made a new resolution that I will only go to PC Richard Elmont for my electronics and appliances, and even for my next mattress. Not only is their staff awesome, specifically Sharon and Craig are amazingly helpful and friendly, the store was in order and very easy to find the things we needed. Quite in stark contrast to another leading electronic supplier, not one floor-model was broken, there weren't aisles upon aisles blocking your view of the whole store and making it difficult to get to the item you need, and you can easily find an employee that will actually help you. All of these on top of a super clean showroom, which looks like it is vacuumed three times a day. And, best of all, the prices are comparatively better. I just don't understand why I didn't know about this sooner. Thank you, Sharon and Craig for all of your help and great service! We'll see you guys soon!

I was clueless about what television to get. I am not knowledgeable on these things. I went to a prominent appliance store and I wasn’t please with the service so I left. Call P.C Richard’s and was fortunate enough to talk with the manager. He was exceptional, I got full teaching on the differences with television and also according to my budget. I left feeling way more educated and the service was great. The price was also unbeatable. Thanks to P.C Richard’s and the manager at the queens location.

On 1/20/26 I was helped by an employee by the name of Roland in my purchase of a Samsung over the range microwave. Roland helped me to pick out and buy the appropriate unit that had the specs that I needed as well as one that would fit my original set up. Roland was very high energy and made the process seamless. He also let me know about the service contract which he said covered me if anything went wrong. I’m excited to see how the new microwave looks in my kitchen and I want to thank Roland for his efficient service.
