Summit Appliances

I purchased two expensive summit appliances (fridges - nearly $3k/each) which stopped functioning multiple times in the first two weeks of use. Their support and customer service has been a nightmare to deal with, there is a no return policy, and service technicians do not come for weeks. If you run a business and intend to use their products, pray the appliances you get from them don't have issues.

I recently purchased an Accucold refrigerator for our medications. I had a bit of a rocky experience with the unit but I feel it's important to highlight just how excellent their customer service has been throughout the entire process. The first refrigerator I received unfortunately was not working correctly. As soon as I reached out, their team responded quickly, arranged a return, and sent out a replacement almost immediately. The second unit arrived with some damage, which was disappointing, but again, their customer service team handled it professionally and with genuine care. They were very apologetic and promptly sent a third replacement. The third refrigerator also arrived with some cosmetic damage: however, it is fully functional and the blemishes are located toward the back, so they aren't noticeable. At that point, we decided to keep it. While it was frustrating to go through multiple units, I truly appreciate how responsive, ,kind, and efficient the customer service team was. They graciously offered a compensation, they consistently made the process as easy as possible and clearly stood behind their product. The damages seemed to occur during shipping, which is outside of their control. Because of their outstanding customer support, I would still recommend this company. They made a difficult situation much easier to deal with, and that goes a long way! Again, this happened during shipping and it is outside of their control! I felt completely taken care of. Highly Recommend!!

Hello! I spoke with Laquanna Conrad on 1/19 her customer service was stellar. I purchased a unit but the refrigerator was not staying cold. We arranged for a pickup, but realized that only the refrigerator should have been picked. We were beside ourselves concerned that we wouldn't get the unit back. Well after speaking with Laquanna, she reassured me that she called the company who picked up the unit and found out they still had and would deliver it to us. She was cool, calm and collected the entire time with a calming voice. Wow!! I was simply amazed and appreciative. What gem you have in her. She deserves a raise and a promotion!!!
