Claudio Francisco at P.C. Richard & Son was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and helpful while I was deciding on the right refrigerator. He answered every question I had, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers, and I really appreciated that. I’m so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend asking for Claudio, he was great! Also, a big shout out to the manager, Ruben, for being a huge help and for running such a helpful and welcoming team!

Although I came in about 15 minutes before closing, Uncle Charles took care of me and got me a 32in Samsun TV for $100 + tax. He ran to the back to make sure I took home a TV. He is AMAZING with such awesome personality. Everytime you come in here, make sure you ask for Uncle Charles! He will never hesitate to help you! Thank you so much 😊
