Every appliance in our house has been replaced with this company at some point. We went through a kitchen remodel and ordered new appliances. I told them an approximate date for the remodel and was told they needed to be delivered by a specific date to get about 1k in rebates. I had the appliances delivered early sitting in my garage for a few weeks. Once they were installed I went to submit the information for the rebates to find out they needed to be delivered a month early to qualify for the rebate. We also ordered a spare fridge for the basement not included in that set of rebates. The first one was severely damaged so we refused delivery. The second time around it also had a dent on the side. My wife and I agreed to take delivery for 300 dollars off. A couple months go by and we never received the 300 dollar check so I called. I was told there was a situation with an employee that caused the error and they would look into it. I was essentially called a liar as well because they would never agree to such a high credit even though it was approved by their delivery department. I never heard back so I called again and was told to text photos of the damage and serial number. I provided this information and never heard back. After multiple calls and texts they never responded. We lost out on 1300 dollars of money do to employee incompetence. I will never buy another appliance from this company again. I would strongly advise you stop elsewhere.

Staff spent a lot of time with me, working with me to identify the right refrigerator for my home. My house is a 1950 Cape Cod style, with 8 foot ceilings and narrow doorways - plus I didn't want ice or water in the refrigerator door. Not only did we find exactly what I want, but the delivery team was phenomenal. They had to remove two doors in order to get my new refrigerator into my house. They were efficient, friendly, and meticulous in their work. I've done business with Cocca's before, and will do so again.

Bought two appliances for my kitchen. Gave me such praise and how thankful for my services of a firefighter. They add on an extra warranty for free because of my service. Well both appliances had issues and and guess what oh we don't go that far. Yeah you'll have to pay the road service fee. I will never go back. They are not thankful for you as a customer, thankful to take your money and kick you to the curb.

Absolutely awful! Took forever to get it supposed to have the extended warranty they came they told me there was nothing wrong with it left several messages was no response back then I broke my back and shortly thereafter I got diagnosed with cancer I have left several messages since probably outside of their so-called extended warranty. The owner or possibly just the store manager I dealt with when I ordered the refrigerator does not dress professionally should have been my first red flag, looks like Jabba the Hutt acts like him also. And service done they never told me I'd be charged for the service the service came shortly after I got the refrigerator and I've been having the same problems ever since. Again several phone calls over the course of the last couple of years but because of my diagnosis unable to follow through however if they returned my phone calls possibly this could have been rectified.

My wife and I have bought appliances before at Cocca's and the experience was average. Prices are about the same as any other store, withing a few dollars. However, our last experience a few weeks ago was horrendous. When they delivered the washer and dryer, they tried to adjust the feet on the dryer, tipping it over on one side to do so. Unknown at the time, when they did, they broke the 90 degree elbow inside the dryer (we had the optional vent kit installed to go out the right hand side). When they tried to install the flexible vent (which I had to supply as they didn't bring one, even though the sales receipt did say delivery AND installation), the entire rigid vent pipe inside was not connected to anything. Then they turned on the washer to make sure there were no leaks and everything was working. When it started and began the cycle, there were no leaks and they left. However, when that washer was finished, my wife called me in to look at something. It looked similar to wet, blown in insulation all over the inside of our new washer! I had no idea for a few minutes what it was until I found a small piece of something with writing on it and some plastic. The delivery guy never took the Owners Manual out of the washer! My wife and I spend well over an hour with a wet/dry vac trying to get all this "paper sludge" out of the holes in the washer and the pump screen. Cocca's did refund half the delivery charge, which was the least they should have done and they did arrange for a service man to come to fix the internal vent piping on the dryer. Avoid this company if at all possible, until they get better delivery people!
