Excellent service is getting harder and harder to find, but Community Appliance absolutely delivered. I worked with Jack, and the entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. The price was the best I found — even better than advertised — and the process could not have been easier. I had a few questions, and Jack was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He walked me through the options and guided me toward the best model for an outdoor fridge without making the process feel rushed or pressured. Delivery was prompt and on time, and the delivery team was friendly, careful, and diligent. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I’m very glad I called Community Appliance.

I've been a customer for 25 years and they have never disappointed. Always cost competitive. Always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am in the middle of a kitchen renovation. I purchased my appliances in December and they held them for me until March 30. I worked with Kirk who is amazing! My experience was wonderful I had a gentleman by the name of Joe Casper take care of my purchase though it was a delayed delivery on my part they managed to not give me a hard time about the time it sat and their warehouse which I appreciated that upon requesting delivery the gentleman that delivered the oven range or true gentleman their task was to install a new oven and take older oven to another home to install on both of those transitions the delivery and installation guys were amazing I will highly recommend you guys moving forward
