This place sold my mom a faulty washing machine. The first red flag was that they they sold her a used machine for the prices of a new one (500 dollars).The second was the date of the sell was marked when she wasn’t not even in New Jersey. When the machine stopped working, they refused to work with her in order to fix the problem which turned out to be a faulty water pump. After paying for a repairman and investing in a new pump for the machine still not to work, she found out that the machine was completely faulty. The worst part about is how they took advantage of her as she’s an older senior citizen. This business does not value its customers or own up to the mistakes of a bad sale. I truly hope that someone does something about they was they take advantage of their customers. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE PRICES THAT THEY ARE SELLING THEIR APPLIANCE FOR. DO YOUR RESEARCH BECAUSE CHANCES ARE TOU CAN BUY A NEW ONE FOR THE PRICE OF WHAT THEY SELLING THEIRS FOR.
