They brought the car to my work so I could see it, and the next day I went in to sign the papers. It was such a smooth and stress-free process! Courtney was kind, enthusiastic, open, and honest. She never made me feel pressured and truly cared about helping me find the right fit. She even followed up afterward and helped me figure out the remote start since I had never used one before. DJ did a great job. I enjoyed working with him. Wouldn’t say I probably got the best deal I was looking for but he made it easy, quick, and painless through the process. I value my time more than the money so it worked out. Probably only spent an hour at the dealership in total which is way better than most dealerships around Lincoln. Thanks!

2nd vehicle I’ve bought from Sid Dillon. Repeat customer. Should speak for itself. But service I get is top notch. Specifically the service I received from Courtney and Ryan. True professionals. Helpful but not pushy. Which is what I think all of us looking for a car would like. After the sell Courtney called to be sure I was loving the car I bought and I am. Leslie, who handles all the paperwork stuff is great as well. All in all I am happy with the service I received and continue to receive from Courtney and the whole Sid Dillon team.
