Not professional, didn't honor 30 day
"warranty" when we called about washer(which the agitator was VERY loose and dryer without clothes sounded like tennis shoes were in it he said he felt like he was being lied to. We even took our old washer and dryer to him and picked up the trade and gave him extra money. So no skin off his nose. At first he was very nice but quickly turned and was not a pleasant person at all.
