Taylor came out and repaired the unit, gave my wife an explanation of how to prevent further problems, and also took time to look at our ice maker in the fridge! We were very impressed with Taylor,s knowledge and willingness to help. Highly recommend!

She had knowledge of our refrigerator/freezer and found the problem right away. She made the repairs and we were plugged in and ready to go in no time. I would highly recommend their service.
