Great selection and affordable prices. Customer service is top tier! She explained everything to me about the warranty and pricing. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They do offer delivery and installation but I don’t live in Fayetteville, so they helped load it up and took it myself back home. They did let me know that if I had any issues I could bring it back in no problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Camila and the staff are so friendly and helpful! They are transparent about the whole process, show you that everything works, and have fair pricing. Your appliances come with a warranty, and they even deliver! It was so easy to walk in and walk out with what I needed, and I feel secure with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend coming here.

I totally recommend :) The purchasing process was easy and quick. They helped me choose the right type of machine for my needs and explained the entire process. I like to see how the equipment works in the store before taking it home. The owner gave me good advice and was very friendly. I'm delighted with my washer and dryer; they work like new and are super quiet.

Do not purchase they are not reputable. They do not abide by their word nor do they follow their own business ethics when it comes to warranties. I have purchased 2 washers and 1 dryer from them totalling $719. I should have never had to purchase the second. In Oct. I spoke with the owner who sadly is now deceased, he said it was $100 for the service call including labor and parts. The washer started giving me issues again in January I called and they came out but refused to fix the issue. They make a lot of claims but the facts are no one runs the store properly since the owner died. He was the only one with honor and words. He backed up his promises and provided for his customers. I have all evidence to prove that they are not at all a trustworthy business. No one has any idea how to run the business and everyone does their own thing and makes up their own rules. I am in the process of filing with the attorney general and the BBB I suggest if you have had issues to do the same. Businesses like this need to be shut down. There are plenty of other stores that are actually trustworthy and honest. I made a mistake thinking these people were reputable and honest don't be fooled they are not. Along with their lack of word the staff is rude. No one calls you back and they lie and claim you don't call. My husband and I went to the store and left our information with an employee both our numbers and no one called us. I tried to add screenshots to show the evidence but Google wasn't working. I have plenty including the response from them regarding my Attorney General complaint and conversations between the now deceased owner and one of the employees. The only way I could leave a review was to give 1 star they don't even deserve that. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY.
