The total experience with Dave from talking on the phone, all the paperwork and me having to change the delivery/ install date …. has exceeded my expectation. I now look forward to the delivery, installing and old appliance being taken to be just as phenomenal. The delivery/install team today arrived on time, explained what would be done and how long the entire process should take. Removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one was seamless and professional. After the installation a test run with full explanation was done with all questions answered. After the team left I received a call from Queen City customer service as a follow up. Queen City end-to-end was outstanding. I'd recommend them for your appliance needs.
