Caldwell Appliance Store

Edit: I can't thank Charlie enough for his help with my order. I got all new appliances for my kitchen and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and spent a a lot of time on the phone with me to get this order made. I seriously appreciate his help and will strongly recommend Caldwell Appliance to anybody I can in the future! They also can accommodate steep/windy driveways with smaller trucks, which is a huge help for many of us that live further in the woods. Rob and Gage did an excellent job with the delivery of my stacked washer/drier as well as taking my old units away. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Super polite. Overall just really solid people. Blake was also very helpful, patient, and knowledgable on the sales side. Thank you all! I have no doubt we will love our new Speed Queen washer/drier! Overall Caldwell Appliance is THE place to go for me for anything I need going forward!!

I bought the GE Profile All in One not even 2 years ago. I love it but, it stopped drying. I have been without the unit for 2 weeks today. It took them a week to come out, found a large lint clog. We thought it was fixed, washed a load and the dryer didn't work. So, we call them back. They were ordering parts and supposed to come today. I have waited all day for them to come. It's after 2:30 so I call them. I was informed the part has not come in, they can't tell me when it will be in and Lori is quite short and rather hateful when answering my questions. You know who has the right to be hateful right now? Me BUT IM NOT THAT TYPE OF PERSON. As I've found with most places, they are happy to make the sell but, when it comes to making the customer a priority when repairs need to be made or just having enough professionalism to call and tell you they aren't coming today so, you can go do laundry somewhere else since you are without any clean towels or uniforms for work tomorrow, they can't do that. Apparently answering the phones, letting you know the status on getting your unit fixed and actually servicing their customers isn't their priority. Can I say I hate lugging loads of laundry back and forth for weeks and I am at my limit!!!

10000000000/10 highly recommended from the walk through of the appliances, purchasing, and installation. This is the place to go for a personable experience and to get an appliance that works for you and your family. To two gentleman that came and installed my dishwasher you guys were wonderful extremely professional and very respectful of my home. It was an awesome experience from the introduction, to the end of the install!

Had a leak on a high end Thermador frig. They came the next morning to assess where the leak was coming from, sent Justin head of repair the next day and the worn water line with a hole was repaired pronto! Extraordinary service, timely service, and exceptional work. Five star from the initial call to the completion of the job. They now have a customer for life.
