One of my knobs on my gas range had cracked. When I went on the Whirlpool parts site, it was going to cost me over $50 to replace that one knob. I decided to call Ideal Appliance Parts to see if they had one. They did(special order) and their price was much lower but one of the salesman gave me a suggestion. Told me to use ziptie while I was waiting on the new part. I came home and did what he suggested. It work!!! So for now, I put the new knob on hold. Because of this salesman suggestion, I saved money for the time being. Can't thank him enough! So when it come times for any further appliance repairs or parts, that will be my go to store!

The whole team is wonderful, Tim always goes the extra mile for his customers. I have been using Ideal since 2019 and never have a problem, great service,pricing and they deliver. If you need an obscure part they can find it, shipping time is really fast. They will always get my business over the big box store.
