Called made an appointment, would be a week. Next week no one showed up, I called them and they put me off for another week. On a Friday at 4:30pm they called and said they lost their repair man and wouldn't be able to help me. 3 weeks without a washer waiting on them trusting they were going to help me and didn't.

The two Nate’s installing our fridge had to remove the doors from both fridges for removal and install. Didnt faze them one bit even though it held them up. Both Nate’s were friendly , professional, and basically awesome. Thank you.

My dishwasher literally fell apart, (not purchased at CAC) so up to Central Appliance Co. we went. Easy purchase, friendly service, got what we wanted and headed out and now my dishes are clean. This is my 3rd appliance I've purchased from them and I won't go anywhere else.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean store. Bought a new Microwave. They did not have any in showroom but had in stock at their wearhouse, which is about 4 minutes away. Would definitely shop there again. Price as good as any other large building supply place in Gautier or Pascagoula.
