One of my knobs on my gas range had cracked. When I went on the Whirlpool parts site, it was going to cost me over $50 to replace that one knob.
I decided to call Ideal Appliance Parts to see if they had one. They did(special order) and their price was much lower but one of the salesman gave me a suggestion. Told me to use ziptie while I was waiting on the new part. I came home and did what he suggested. It work!!! So for now, I put the new knob on hold. Because of this salesman suggestion, I saved money for the time being. Can't thank him enough! So when it come times for any further appliance repairs or parts, that will be my go to store!
