We have depended on Johnson Appliance Service for several decades and we have always been very pleased with their work! Today when my washer would not empty, I called Johnson's and Joe suggested I rebalance the load and try again. It worked perfectly! The washer emptied fully. And I did not have to wait six days for the repair appointment without being able to do laundry. Everyone we have ever interacted with at Johnson's has been very professional, gracious, and exceedingly helpful! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

These guys are awesome!!! Took my microwave in when it stopped working after only having it for a little over 2 years. I thought I would get a call saying it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Which is a built in totaling over $700.00. A few hours later they had it fixed and it only cost me $154.00 thanks for the great service!!! If anyone asks I’ll be sending them to you guys.
