Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection and range of price points. We recently moved into a new place with multiple types of carpet and hard surface flooring, and Brent was super helpful in choosing the right model for our needs and budget. They also have a great exchange and return policy, offer repairs, and did our warranty signup for us while still in store. Loved that they also had the option of already assembled units to purchase, so when we got home all we had to do was plug it in with no confusing setup or cardboard boxes to deal with.
