Our washing machine needed to be replaced. I was out of state, called Sarah and she found a great machine on sale, had it installed and the broken machine removed. Sarah was reliable, thoughtful, & helpful. The pleasant buying experience was reminiscent of the smaller Bozeman community we had 25 years ago, so wonderful.

I’m really happy with the service I ordered a washer dryer on the phone. I did research first but got great advice before deciding the delivery was scheduled based on our move date and was delivered exactly when scheduled. The guys hooked everything up were polite and did a great job not damaging walls and cleaning up.

Great Customer service! From Tim at the store to Gabe, David & Joey delivering it a few minutes ago. This is NOT the experience I had when buying appliances at Lowe’s a few years ago. We are very happy to have walked into Fred’s a few weeks ago.
