The reason I say over priced is they changed 110$ for a dishwasher repair and then 55$ to look at my washer for less than 2 minutes to tell me parts weren’t available. I am reasonable. I understand paying people for their time. However, the 55$ felt excessive since I was already charged for his travel expenses for the other repair. Prob will try another company in the future should I need repairs

Called AAA on Thursday and they were able to come out that afternoon. John came out and quickly discovered that it was two parts on our dryer that needed replacing. He told us he could order them, but we could find them cheaper online. He gave us the exact part numbers, and which website to order from. He even said that they were very easy to install and showed me how to do it. He told me if I ran into any issues I could give him a call or he could come back out and just watch and tell me what to do so that I wouldn’t be charged. He was very helpful and I would definitely call him again.

John is an absolute rock star. Timely, knowledgable and knows his stuff. Warranty repair on a Speed Queen... pump went out. Notified us of the issue, ordered the part and called us to schedule when it came in. Asked a bunch of questions regarding best practices using the machine... to which he provided insights. Will call again if necessary.

I Recently had AAA send a technician to check my electric range, and I was very disappointed with the service. The technician only looked at the appliance from the outside and did not open it to inspect the internal components, even though the issue is clearly inside the range. The entire visit lasted just a couple of minutes. I was charged $110 for a “diagnosis,” but the technician admitted he wasn’t sure what the actual problem was since he didn’t open the unit to properly examine it. He told me the reason he didn’t open the range was because that would cost more money. That left me very confused — what exactly was the $110 for? If $110 is not enough to open the range and determine the real issue, then what service did I actually pay for? He also mentioned that if he were to open it and identify the issue, additional parts might need to be ordered at an extra cost. I understand that repairs can require extra parts, but I expected at least a proper inspection for the diagnostic fee. Overall, I feel like I paid $110 without receiving a thorough diagnosis or clear answers. This was not a satisfactory experience.
