A Able Appliance Repair

When I called Able, they got me in the next day. Cody and Anthony were quick with a diagnosis and a fair quote. I have used Able 4 times in 5 years and none of the techs including Nate, and his younger brother (whose name has escaped me) have tried to upsell or overcharge me (and contractors try to do that to to me *all* the time). Everything they have fixed has kept working great. It is nice to have a company that has consistently been reasonable.

Trenton was my tech a few months ago when I started experiencing issues with my washer. He came by and for some reason I couldn't recreate what was happening so he didn't want to charge me for repairs it may not need. My dishwasher also needed some work on it so he was able to apply the service charge to that repair instead. A few months later my washer started acting up again and he was seriously SO great to work with. Kind. Very down to earth. Communicated every step of the way. After ordering a part he got me back up and running. Before narrowing it down to the control board he was super thorough and careful to eliminate any other possibilities. Would 10/10 recommend this company and specifically Able!

Drew came to look at our very old washer and figured out immediately it couldn't be repaired. We appreciated his honesty. Another company might have pretended it could have been repaired, ordered parts, put them in, etc., and cost us more money. Drew was very communicative about what time he would arrive, and was polite and professional, making us more certain that we'll call Able next time we need an appliance repaired.

I cannot say enough about how professional and nice Robert Gomez was when repairing our LG front load washer! He swiftly diagnosed the issue and because the team asked about the brand and model, Robert had the part(s) and began the work immediately after our approval. He solved our stressful situation and put us at ease immediately upon arrival. What a great person and repair company!
