i had such a great experience at ace, i had been struggling to figure out how to change the battery in my car key fob and honestly had no idea what i was doing. jordi immediately offered to help without hesitation. it was such a simple thing, but it made a huge difference to me because i was completely clueless. he didn’t make me feel embarrassed for asking. customer service like that is hard to find, and i really appreciated him taking the time to help. thank you, jordi!

I ordered a snowblower online from Carlson Ace Hardware. I am a rewards member and that got me free assembly and delivery. I CANNOT believe the OUTSTANDING service and timing. I ordered it at 2:00 on a Sunday with a blizzard outside and it was delivered that same day at 6:15pm. My snowblower was ready for the plow cleanup. I will continue to go back to Carlson Ace Hardware!

I drove 45 minutes to pick up my first chainsaw because this Ace was the closest that had the one I ordered online. It was kinda busy but they had a few employees working so I definitely didn't wait, the lady behind the counter was super attentive even though you could tell it's been a busy day. She knew exactly where my saw was and even talked me into Ace Rewards, and she even offered to get me the points I missed out on by not signing up for the rewards program before buying my saw! "I'll get you taken care of" was her exact quote, the older gentleman even took the time to educate me about sharpening the chain. Super helpful crew! If they weren't so far from me I'd be a regular customer there! Ty so much Carlson Ace team!
