The guy Sul that works the front desk is the absolute worst! He's slow as hell and rude as hell. Tried to have him look up my companies account by a previous order number and couldn't find it no worries...it was paid for by a card. Said I'd have to call customer service because my company has alot of different phone numbers we use. I asked if he could try 2 different numbers I was fairly confident it might be 1 of the 2. He said no...I said call customer service. This guy is slow as hell and you can barely understand a word he says. Yes he's foreign and no I have no issue with that. But if you're going to have someone working at a cashiers desk that is like this ill choose to spend my companies money elsewhere. We just started buying here and buy appliances and other materials in bulk for 250 houses in STL in bulk!

do not waste your money here, once bought there is no return or even exchange even if that product has hidden faults and damages which you will only be able to know once you buy it and open the box at home. i bought blinds which has different size inside the box then what was listed on box i went next day to exchange it and manager there bluntly said sorry we cannot help you with this. he was so unprofessional and rude in his work. seems like this place is just denting the name of LOWE"S. Just avoid this place.

I purchased a washer and went into pick it up today and this guy was standing my washer that I paid for. I walked up with another Lowe’s employee to pick up the washer. He said I am returning this. I said why I’m here to pick it up and I am here. He said I’m returning it because it’s been two days. I said I had it set up to pick it up today. He continued to say yes I’m going to return it with a serious attitude. The other employee started helping me load it and we walked off. Very bad attitude. I think his name is Chris. Lowe’s please call me. I would like to talk about this more.
