Royal Furniture - Southaven

My family and I have shopped with Royal for about 20 years now. All of our purchased furniture quality has been great! Ms.Barbara Crawford is a phenomenal salesperson to work with at the Southaven location. Ms.Barbara goes the extra step in not only helping in store with your purchases but also ensuring you received your furniture at the time you're suppose to. She is very professional, helpful, and jazzy all at the same time. The sectional we ordered was pretty large and the first delivery guys told me they would not be able to get the couch upstairs. I notified Ms.Barbara of this and she jumped into action made a few calls and had a different delivery crew to delivery the sectional. Not only did they attempt to get upstairs but were very successful in getting upstairs with no problem. I didn't catch their names(my apologies guys)but they were great also! Delivery guys are the final piece to making it all come together in your home. They deserve cuddos as well. Looking forward to do more business with Royal Furniture.

We purchased a couch for my mother and scheduled delivery for today, Saturday 12/6/2025. We were told the delivery driver would give us a 30 minute courtesy call. We received a call from the driver that he is 5 minutes away, we said okay and that we would be there in 10 minutes. The delivery driver said he could not wait on us. We then asked if we could schedule the delivery for another timeframe then since he couldn’t wait, he said he would call his boss. The driver contacted us back and said his boss was in a meeting and could get ahold of him. We then asked what our options were and the driver hung up on us. We are extremely disappointed . We paid close to $150 for delivery and had to go to the warehouse to pick up the couch. If a company says they will give you a courtesy call for a delivery window and fails to do so, the customer shouldn’t be faulted.

We first went to the royal furniture store in Whitehaven we was there for about 10mins and NO ONE asked if we needed help!!! We left and drove to the Southaven location as soon as we walked thru the doors we were immediately greeted by MR BROWN we already knew what we wanted he showed us our options we was In and out maybe in an hour. Great customer service and a good selection of furniture. We will definitely be going back to this location

Royal Furniture Southaven Ms, this is the worse place to buy furniture. I bought a bedroom set and the delivery drivers damaged my furniture. The dresser started chipping within one week. It took another week to get a new order, I have waited all day and still have not received my furniture. I called the store and talk to an employee she said the manager would not come to the phone. She said there has been a lot of complaints and they’re selling cheap furniture at a high price. She told me to call the warehouse. I had two people to hang up on me at the warehouse. They sent a repair person out to patch up the furniture and I said no! I paid cash and it should be replaced. Royal took my money and you treated me badly. I will never buy from you again, what a big mistake. The people that were rude to me karma will come back to you! Your business practices is terrible. You do not care about your customers. Please don’t take your money to them. Royal Keep treating customers like this and it will be bad for your business. I am one person but I am sure there are others!!!!!
