It was awful. I ordered a refrigerator online that no one could locate. I was told that they would call me back the same day. I had to call them back almost 3 full days later. At which time I was told it would be delivered to the Pearl store on Friday. I asked if the store would be open Monday. I was told yes but no deliveries. I understood that to mean normal hours, just no deliveries. I drove an hour to pick up my refrigerator, that is already paid for, only to learn the store closed at 4 for Labor Day.

I purchased a washer and dryer, during the big sale event, and still haven’t received them. This is the third time that I was told that they would be delivered. I paid a down payment and a payment has come out of my account. I’m, very, displeased with them at this point!!!! If I could do a zero as a star review, I would.

Can't say enough great things about this staff. Lee was the most professional and knowledgeable help in selecting the perfect appliances for me. Unlike a box store, I received the best personal service and have peace of mind that there is help if a problem should arise. I have alway enjoyed purchasing with this business in the past.

I would give Zero Stars if possible. Worst customer service experience. Employees sitting at their desk as we enter, No Acknowledgement At All. I still walked to the back and looked around at their defreezers. I observed an employee walk by right in front of me and never acknowledged me or asked if I needed assistance. So, after standing there 20 minutes, no assistance, I decided to leave. As I approach the front of the store, I see two workers behind their desk and still NEVER said, Bye or Hey. So as I left, I told the employee at the door, Thank you for not helping us. And he smiled like something was funny. I don't know anyone else experience here, but I felt that the Color of my Skin Stopped me from being assisted. I don't make any company take my money, that's not wanted. Seem like " White Only Pies" type of establishment.
