Buddy and Mike delivered our refrigerator today. They were very nice and professional. Careful, pleasant to speak with and put all of the refrigerator components together for us and cleaned up completely. They were wonderful representatives of Appliance Village. They showed us more details about the refrigerator than our in store salesman. Overall wonderful experience with them. Very efficient and Highly recommended!

The service technician Charlie Hammel, called ahead, showed up on time, listened to what was going on, and got right to the root of the problem. Excellent service! Before arriving, Charlie asked for the dishwasher model number and came prepared with a replacement motor. Because he had the right part on hand, he was able to complete the repair during the visit without any delays. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. I highly recommend him for appliance repairs and would gladly use his services again!

Mike, Buddy, and Ted installed a new fridge and dishwasher with incredible professionalism and care. They explained the entire process thoroughly and made sure everything was done perfectly. They were extremely careful moving everything in and out so there was no damage to the walls, doors, or anything else in the house. Friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking from start to finish.
