This is worth a read and yes I did have realistic expectations but was lied to by Whitney sleep Center and their staff. My attempts to resolve with the help of the better business bureau were ignored and i was told my consultation would not be billed for. I was unfortunately lied to. I received a sleep study consultation and was billed $200 for the sleep study then told my insurance was not going to over the out of home study. I ended up canceling an at home sleep study because I was not warned that for at most 15 minutes of chit chat I would be billed almost $200. Not cool. Update: I found a Natural Sleep medication and now I sleep quite soundly. I didn't have sleep apnea at all and I will not be paying this bill when I never set foot in this building. (For those other reviews that state I can contact my own insurance company; I did so don't make judgements without knowing the facts. Thank you).

Brought my sleep study results from Lofta, and they got me in right away for mask fitting. Set me up with an Airsense 11 and had all the supplies ready for me to take home. They were great about helping me understand what my insurance covered and what billing would look like. Free mask exchange within 30 days as well, so you dont have to worry about spending hundreds of dollars trying to find the right fit. My cat bit through my cpap hose in the first 2 weeks. Unfortunately not covered by insurance, but they were able to get me another one for less than what I could find on the internet. Free shipping too!

Whitney Sleep Center gave me my life back Worth a read if you want an honest review from someone with realistic expectations. My in person and phone calls were with the Plymouth staff (some work at both locations) Before I review my own experience- to those looking at all the other reviews, please note one thing: YOU have the ability to ask about pricing, contact your insurance, and determine cost before pursuing any appointments, testing, etc. I was incredibly grateful to see the recommendation from a local group to see Dr Whitney. I was able to get in within 14 business days for an initial consultation, and 45 days for my sleep study. Two other sleep clinics I had contacted were 4+mo out for even an initial chat. As a busy mom of two toddlers, time is not a luxury I have. Additionally, Dr Whitney was the 6th provider I saw, and the only one who actually listened and did not belittle me by saying my symptoms were a result of a “severe depressive episode”. The scheduling process was easy and the staff (Steve and Clay) were very friendly. Dr Whitney answered every question I had at my consult and explained in a way I could understand, what my symptoms could potentially mean as it relates to a diagnoses. Was he late to our scheduled time- yes! Was I willing to wait- yes! I was also informed he would likely be up to 30m late which is THE NORM whether you are going to a clinic or have an appt via zoom. The sleep study itself was easy and I was well informed of process before hand. Julie, the tech knows what she’s doing and made me feel very comfortable! Results took two weeks and the review process was so informative and eye opening. I asked for copies of all my reports as well so I could look more in depth after everything was explained. From there, treatment options were discussed in detail along with the follow up process. You would think the hard part was over but not for me! Insurance can be an uphill battle and when I tell you this clinic FOUGHT for me, I’m not even doing it justice. JACLYN- a true pro was handling all of the back & forth with my insurance, and they were not going easy on her. Numerous calls, emails, various paperwork, and she handled it with grace, ALL while keeping me 100% informed. I wouldn’t be living a functioning life if it wasn’t for her, and that’s an understatement. I give her immense kudos for her tenacity and willingness to do what’s best for their clients. Jayme was also top-notch, making me feel comfortable and ensuring I left without any questions after a couple of fitting/follow up check ins. If you have gotten to this point in my review, thank you. I now understand the severe struggles anyone with a sleep disorder goes through every single day. Whitney Sleep Center will do everything they can to help you. They want you to have the best quality of life possible or they wouldn’t be in this business. To the team at WSC, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You gave me my life back and I could never express my gratitude enough!

My husband has been a Cpap user for a number of years. We were alerted that his machine was going to be inoperable. We contacted Whitney Sleep Center to acquire a new machine. They acquired the original paperwork/sleep study which allowed us to simply come in and receive a new machine. Whitney was extremely professional and efficient. The process was excellent. Additionally, their support staff was thorough and professional.
