Beyond that, I wouldn’t recommend Ferguson unless you’re comfortable navigating choices on your own. The employees will absolutely not acknowledge you.
The first time I went, it was busier in the store (presumably as it was a Saturday so the only real time for people to visit the showroom). I was there for probably an hour looking at sinks and faucets, and was never acknowledged by a single employee (not even a simple hello). There are signs up throughout the store to scan a QR code to schedule an appointment, but the code didn’t work. So then I tried the website and it said there were no appointments available to book so I’d need to call. But upon calling, no one answers the phone. Kinda tricky to schedule anything this way.
The second time we went, we were there about 30 minutes before closing and employees seemed more concerned with cleaning. One was dusting and another was turning all the lights off. We asked about sample colors of the different sinks we were looking at and were told to contact manufacturers directly.
Honestly, great showroom to direct you to what to purchase from a competitor since they don’t want to help anyone.
