Couldn’t upload video but I Haven’t had this stove for a month & the back burners don’t work. When I went I was inspecting the stove from top to bottom & the German guy laughed at me & stated all products were “good” now look a broken stove in less than 30days. I have the given 3 month warranty so I’ll have to see what they do. But for $380 if issue is not resolved do not buy from here. I don’t wish for fix because in 2 months when warranty is out I’ll have a broken stove & they’ll have had scammed me. Thread carefully if you purchase from here. Update: They keep bandage fixing but won’t acknowledge their appliances don’t work. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here. Problem was not resolved.

Bought an Electrolux dryer and was told it was a 3 year old appliance. When looking at serial and manufacturer numbers with my husband, came to discover it is a 9 year old appliance. Makes the bargain not as great when it's 6 years older than you're being told, and they're just lying to your face to make a sale. It also sounds like delivery and installation is included, but then at the time of sale we were told it was an extra $20 each ($40 total). Again, not a bad price, but misleading.

Bought a fridge and it didn’t work. They replaced it with one of their own and a few months after my 3 month warranty was up the fridge stopped getting cool. I let them know since I did just get it this year and they told me to call someone and pay for repairs pretty much. Someone who doesn’t even answer the phone. Oh not to mention they installed the fridge with half the parts, and the handle came off of the fridge door. Never again.
