Ask for FADI!! He was so helpful. Remodeled my kitchen and had some questions on appliances. Patiently answered all my questions. Explained to me all the features and size differences for the different appliances. Glad I came I. Before finishing. Helped my make sure that what I wanted would fit where I wanted it. Had to install the cabinets a little higher and wider than originally planned to fit the fridge I wanted. Had I installed them first I would have been stuck with a smaller fridge. Helped me coordinate the appliance colors with what the colors I had in mind for the paint and tiles. Thank you Fadi for helping me with my vision and Though I’m sure it was a longer and more tedious process then he’s used to, always made me feel appreciated and that nothing was more important then my wants. TRUST me when I say if you need ANYTHING for your house go to ABC Warehouse in Southfield and ask for Fadi. Even if it’s something they don’t carry he will help you find it. I’m not an ABC Warehouse customer. I feel like a friend of Fadi and know anything I need he can help me. Thank you again Fadi. I will see You soon when I’m ready to do my man cave.

In November 2025, we purchased appliances from ABC Warehouse using a 24-month “same as cash” financing plan through Synchrony Financial. The sales associate, Greacia Carter, was courteous and professional during the purchase. However, the financing experience quickly became concerning. The first three minimum payments were $34, but in the fourth month the minimum payment suddenly increased to $175, which did not reflect the original financing terms. This kind of abrupt increase raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness in promotional financing. While we are able to meet the payment, many consumers may not be prepared for such changes. Retailers promoting financing options should ensure that terms are clearly disclosed and not misleading. Both ABC Warehouse and Synchrony Financial should prioritize clearer communication with customers. Consumers may want to compare financing options with retailers such as The Home Depot, Menards, or Lowe's, which offers more transparent alternatives.
