I had terrible customer service after purchasing an electric glass stove. My front burner keeps getting extremely hot on the lowest setting, so I called the service number to explain what is going on. The gentleman on the other end just assumed I was someone else, and when I was trying to explain he continues to talk over me and assumes its a black oven, then a gas stove, then he just tells me to send him a video of what is going on vs having me also verbally explain the issue. He hangs up on me and never explains if he will get back with me shortly after the video was sent, so I gave it 15 minutes and I called him back. He was rude once he picked up and said he will call me back because his phone isn't connecting to his car. I gave it all day and no response. I called the main business number and explained the events leading up to this and also explained to the guy that I understand he has calls to do, but he could have at least told me after a certain time he would get back with me.. The guy at the store sent the service guy my invoice and 5 minutes later I get a call from him and I am verbally trying to explain to him that the front burner gets boiling hot even at the lowest setting. This guy had the audacity to say that since I am a woman that I don't know how to work a stove top and that burners are supposed to fluctuate in temp. I explained to the guy that I have used plenty of different types of stoves (gas, electric, glass top and coil burners) in my life time and a burner shouldn't be boiling my food at a simmer. The service guy doesn't want to come out and look at the stove, even though its under the 90 warranty. Never will I give this place service again.
Edited: They still have yet to reach back out to fix the issue as of April 6th.
