He took the time to explain why washers and dryers don’t always last as long as we expect and helped me understand what to look for instead of just trying to sell me something. He walked me through multiple options and made sure I found the best fit for my space and needs. I ended up purchasing a top load washer and front load dryer with a strong warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. The process was simple from start to finish. Delivery, installation, and removal of my old equipment were all scheduled without any hassle. After dealing with other stores, this was a completely different experience. I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend Seaway Appliance and ask for Tommy if you go in.

Purchased a Speed Queen dryer from Randy. We were able to do the entire transaction over the phone. They took care of changing it over to propane gas use and delivered and installed it. The two men that delivered and installed the dryer were very quick and efficient. I had moved the washing machine because of room. They offered to put it back in place and hooked up all the connections. They went above and beyond. Thank You

Excellent Service and Local Commitment I recently purchased the new Frigidaire Gallery Gas Range with the Stone-Baked Pizza feature from Seaway during one of their sales events. I chose Seaway because I wanted to support a local business instead of a big box store and I’m so glad I did! Although my order took about five weeks to arrive, when I called to check on the status, Randy, their sales representative was incredibly helpful and quickly got my delivery scheduled. The delivery team. Andrew and James, were professional and courteous. They even called 30 minutes before arriving, which made it easy to plan for their visit. The installation went smoothly, and my new range looks absolutely beautiful in my kitchen. I can’t wait to start cooking with it! Thank you, Seaway, for your excellent service and dedication to your customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future appliance needs. Keep up the great work!
