First ill start with don't buy a LG refrigerator 6yrs and stopped working still under warranty but only for compressor had to pay for labor. Called customer services and only got a run around. They wouldn't give us the price of labor until I gave them my creditcard number first, you can guess what my response was. If you don't believe me just Google LG refrigerator problems and LG service was the only ones that were covered on warranty. The repairman that came over said he would only deal with GE so we took his advice and went to Elders and got a great deal on a French door GE profile at a great price sales person Julie was very good and showed us just what we were looking for, the delivery team were very fast , very good personality, and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure having them do the delivery to our home. Thank you very much to everyone

Got a S&D frig delivered and set up today!! Delivery guys; James & Leonardo did an amazing job very kind, respectful, and courteous!! Very respectful of home & property. Had a little work cut out for them navigating through door! So they, Took out the old unit and set up my new one even made sure ice maker wasn’t leaking and unit kicked on!! Definitely will check out in future if need appliances. You can only see a little dent by door handle & other is on backside which no one will see, unless they wanna clean behind it for me! 🤣Thank you!

Pro: The staff was friendly, and the sales representative was helpful throughout the process. The parking was easy, and when we ran into an issue, they did waive the delivery fee on the replacement refrigerator, which I appreciated. Con: My frustration is that before purchasing, I specifically asked what would happen if the refrigerator didn't fit. I was told it could be returned. The refrigerator fit through the door and into the space, but once installed, the doors would not open properly due to the layout of the kitchen. When I contacted the store, I was told I could only exchange it, not return it for a refund. To their credit, they helped us find another refrigerator that should work better. However, I wish the return and exchange policy had been explained more clearly upfront. If I had known a refund wasn't an option, I would have made my decision differently. Overall, decent customer service, but communication about returns and fitment could be improved.

He sold me a whole kitchen set (microwave, Fridge/freezer, stove/oven , & a dishwasher) a few years ago. Then he followed up that a few years later with a Deep Chest Freezer, & a dryer. All high quality appliances even from the scratch & dent section. He patiently answered all our questions with calm information as we danced all over the place deciding what to buy. We even had a Finances hiccup, but he waited patiently fir us to clarify the Credit Card company's confusing policies. Such Fantastic Black Friday Deals + a Great group of Delivery guys that charge an honest price to quickly deliver the new appliances, excellently install the new appliances, & helpfully remove the old appliances. Most Highly reccomended!
