Decker & Sons Appliances

Ordered a freezer on a Thursday afternoon and was delivered the next day. I appreciate the speedy delivery but i didn’t appreciate being called the next day stating they will be there in 10 minutes. I would have appreciated a phone call to actually arrange delivery rather than just showing up with a freezer. It’s not like we can just leave work on a whim. Customer service has sure gone down hill at decker. Also the sales rep was not very approachable and kind of rude to my wife while shopping in store for me as I had to work. Just because a customer is a woman doesn’t make it right to treat them any different than a man coming in to shop. I plan on taking my business elsewhere

Great experience. Saleswoman was not only knowledgeable of the appliances but wanted to make sure we made the right decision for what was best for us. They have a ton of inventory at prices equal to any big box store. Installation went perfectly and the installers were polite and got the job done on time and very well. We plan on getting our next appliances at Decker and Sons.
