What a wonderful business!! They not only diagnosed the issue with my carpet cleaner they totally handled my warranty claim!! I would highly recommend this business for the expertise and professionalism.

Dropped off for a vacuum to be cleaned. Item returned with less than quality service as prior management. When questioned about "multiple" areas that were not cleaned to a better standard. I was told Shark vacuums weren't made to be cleaned that way. When I pointed out the scent .. he sprayed 1 pump of deodrizer in the hose and gave multiple subpar excuses for underperformance. $72 worth of delayed return service, poor customer service and very disappointed expectations. Will not return or recommend.

We just purchased two vacuums from Vac World. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our needs and recommended just the right products for our needs. It’s so nice to be able to still make a purchase from an independent shop that stands behind the products they carry and provide repair service should we need it. We would strongly recommend Vac World.

This used to be a good place. A few months ago I took my vacuum in because I ran over something with it. They told me it couldn't be fixed and offered to recycle it. I thought that was strange but it was old so I let it go. A month later I took my second vacuum in for the same reason. They said that one couldn't be fixed either and offered to recycle it. I said I would think about it. I never heard back. I am sure it is gone. I stopped in recently to ask about a donated one and was totally ignored by the employee behind the desk. I stopped by one more time yesterday to ask again and was told they wanted $30 to look at it and it would cost about $100 to check it out and clean it up. I won't be going back. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. I just found out the company was sold 2 years ago and is under new management. I guess that explains it.
