I had a great experience purchasing my new washer and dryer here. Sarah was nice and informative. Plus I want to give a big shout out to the delivery team. Kirk and Ben were very respectful and professional! They arrived early and allowed me time to clean up after the removal of my old set. They installed everything and made sure it was running properly before leaving. I would happily do business here again in the future. I am glad I chose to go with them instead of ABC warehouse, who I purchased from previously and they charged me for delivery and installation, then just sat my appliances in the utility room and left. I highly recommend Carl’s Appliance! They went above and beyond! Thank you!

Update: 7/23/24 Gary the service technician came out today and did a great job fixing a power latch on our washing machine. It was warranty work. Aaron had the part ordered Friday and Gary had everything fixed and running in 20 minutes today. Try and get something from a box store fixed, you will be days waiting on a call back just to get more irritated talking to a call center on the other side of the world. Just a suggestion, go to Carl’s Appliance, ask for Carl or Aaron, enough said. Carl’s Appliance is another family owned business in our area. Our family has purchased washers and dryers, refrigerators, oven/stoves, and microwaves other things over the years. Carl and his son Aaron are simply great people and very knowledgeable about what they do. They also stand behind what they sell. Though I’ve only had two things ever break down, they sent a technician out and it was taken care of in no time. One of the issues was past the warranty date by a month, they didn’t even blink, they just fixed it. Now with the new location open in the city of Grand Blanc you have no excuse not to go to Carl’s.

We buy all our appliances from Carl's. Great selection and fantastic service. Our most recent purchase was a GE double oven and we love it! Aaron installed it and it turned out to have a bad thermostat. Bob from Service came out quickly, ordered the part, and installed the new thermostat. Very prompt and professional service. Oven is working perfectly now. Thanks Carl's! Definitely would recommend Carl's for anyone looking for appliances.
