Heydlauff's Appliance

I have been purchasing my appliances from Headlauff's for years, and have nothing but good things to say. I honestly don't know why anyone would buy an appliance from a big-box store, if they live anywhere near Heydlauff's. They sell the top brands, the sales staff is very knowledgeable about all the products they sell, and everyone is very helpful. Their service and delivery is excellent. I don't know what more you could ask for.

Up until yesterday I have had great experience and service from Heydlauffs. I had to return a microwave that we purchased. when we looked at the box there was a damaged corner. Sure enough on opening it. the microwave was damaged. When I went to return it, the man who processed the return was incredibly rude. He insisted that I pay 25 dollars to return our old used microwave for recycling. when I advocated for myself, he became enraged , processed the return and threw my credit card back to me. No apology. Heydlauffs just lost my business. I will no longer refer people there. very disappointing.

Heydlauff's has knowledgeable and very kind staff in the Service Dept., Sales, office, etc. But for my new refrigerator, the stars of the show were the delivery team of Jake & Garrett. With the stairs in my home, it was a true challenge to take out the old appliance, and bring in the new fridge. They handled it with great care & consideration, skill, and a terrific sense of humor. Thank you!

The people here are VERY nice (including their dog!), and they’re quick to offload. Honestly, everything about this stop is AWESOME—except for the docking situation. For docking, it’s best to approach from Hill Rd. As you near the business, pull into the turn lane. From there, you’ll need to back down into Pleasant View, staying tight to the right. Be careful of a metal pole on the right-hand side. You’ll then back up to the platform located outside the building. In the end, your tractor will be in the road while most of your trailer sits on their property. Once they’re finished, they’ll bring your signed BOL out to you. Again, the staff is incredibly friendly, which really helps make up for the somewhat sketchy docking setup—at least in my opinion. The docking setup is the only reason for 4 stars—otherwise, this would easily be a 5-star stop.

Excellent services. I own a condo in MI but I live in OR. I have never been to the condo. I purchased it for my college kids. I needed to replace the range, refrigerator and vent hood in the condo. Brandon Murrell helped me select the right appliances (both within the size of the space and within my budget). Delivery and installation were quick and easy. The appliances look beautiful. Thank you!
