US Appliance had the dishwasher we wanted. It had been hard to locate so we were glad to find it at a very competitive price. We were quite sad when, after delivery, we looked closely at our dishwasher and noticed it had subtle dents. Wendy at US Appliance took care of it! She put in a request for its repair. The dented panels were quickly replaced by Appliance Repair center out of Gray Maine. I highly recommend US Appliance for taking care of it with no issues and Appliance Repair Center in Gray Maine!

I’m a new customer with US Appliance. I recently made my first purchase and had a slight issue with the delivery. I was provided with a Customer Service number and called in for help. Martha took my call, and I am so glad she did. I immediately knew I had the right person on the phone. Martha was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. She quickly provided solutions to solve my problem, she got involved personally, and went out of her way to make things happen. I was so impressed, I bought another Appliance within a week, and plan to buy more. I’d like to start a customer service company just so I can hire Martha! Give US Appliance a try, you won’t be sorry and if you do have any issues, their Customer Service Department is outstanding!

Not a great experience. :/ I ordered an Electrolux washer/dryer unit about six weeks ago and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing. The machine arrived with a dent on the side, and instead of being able to test it first - I was only offered a 10% refund to keep it and take a gamble on it. I really needed a washer and didn’t have another week or 2 to wait it out for another one. At first it seemed to work, but after just a few weeks the dryer started malfunctioning and making loud noises. When a repair technician came, he mentioned that this is a common issue with this product, which was discouraging to hear. Customer service throughout the process hasn’t been very reassuring, and overall the quality feels much lower than expected. Being eight months pregnant, it’s been especially stressful to deal with these problems and to know this can happen often because of the poor quality of the item. In the end, the lower price isn’t worth the hassle and lack of reliability. I personally wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this site and Electrolux item. :((( Now I’m stuck with this not user friendly machine that makes loud noises.

Do not use this company. We ordered a beverage cooler that was delivered severely damaged and because we didn’t open the box within a 24 hour period, they refused to send us a replacement beverage cooler. I HIGHLY encourage you to use a different company (Best Buy) that has customer focused policies, even if the price is slightly higher. You will be glad you did. We will never buy another product from this company. That being said, their customer service manager, Scott, was very professional and understanding and tried his best to provide a solution.

Item arrived damaged. US Appliance will not allow item to be returned unless I pay $270. shipping fee. They state their policy only allows 24 hrs for inspection. Had I been offered to choose a delivery day per the text I was sent, I could have done that. I wrote that the package was damaged on the delivery slip when it was delivered. When I unboxed the item it had damage. They were aware per the delivery slip and photos provided. I called and talked to "Scott" who would not provide his last name because. " I am the only Scott here." Very poor customer service. I waited over 2 months for the item. US Appliance should take this item back and make a claim with R&L carriers who did the delivery. Item has not been taken off palet or moved. Action pending.
