Amazing customer service and an abundance of patience for myself and my husband, who walked in with very little knowledge of vacuum cleaners - we thought we knew what we wanted but we were offered MUCH better suggestions for our particular needs. Chad helped us with some vacuum tutorials and explanations on our first visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, made recommendations based on my (many) allergies, let us test out vacuums, and was overall an awesome guy to work with. We didn't buy a vacuum on our first visit but we did come out with a lot more information and a list of recommendations. On our next visit about a week later, we met with Rex, who helped set us up with our new vacuum of choice (a Miele!) and offered suggestions on attachments, got us set up with filters/bags, etc. Everyone we met during pick up was pleasant, informative, not pushy, and seemed just as excited as we were! We also got some really cool t-shirts. :) It was a smooth process and communication throughout was quick and clear (we did a pickup with a few extra notes/requests on our order and they responded instantly)! Overall, every staff member we had the pleasure of working with was very pleasant. We value supporting local and we're so happy to have been able to check this shop out. We're so grateful to have this vacuum/small appliance store in our community. It makes such a big difference to have knowledgeable staff guide you through the process of finding a new vacuum that's right for your specific situation. Wonderful experience buying our first good vacuum. My fiancé has asthma and I have eczema and we were looking for a an upgrade over our current model. The manager Chad talked us through every possible detail over several models and you can tell he is genuine and not trying to sell you on the most expensive model. Overall highly recommended!

Let me tell you about this place. I walked in with a Miele vacuum, and I was looking to get it off my hands, had it for a year and didn’t know how to use it. Dennis was absolutely kind, wonderful, and very informative. He gave me a full disclosure about this vacuum I had, how great it was and how to use it. I was looking for a place to sharpen scissors since Gingher no longer offered the service. I knew A2 Vacume sharpened knives and was delighted to learn they do scissors as well. Last month I took in four pairs of scissors (sewing, knife edge, embroidery ). I am extremely pleased. My scissors are UNBELIEVABLY sharp now. Dennis did an amazing job. Plus the turn around time was only 1-2 days!! No waiting!! I was so pleased with the job Dennis did that I just dropped off several more pairs!! Highly recommend!!
