Yas was fantastic! He came out to inspect my dryer and, even though the issue wasn’t immediately obvious, he was thorough and took all the necessary steps to diagnose it. He decided to replace the belt, and that ended up fixing the problem perfectly. He also took the time to explain proper washer/dryer maintenance and what I can do to help prevent issues in the future, which I really appreciated. He was quick, efficient, professional, and friendly throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Father & Son appliance and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

Absolute great product we bought a refrigerator and it works perfectly just as the owner said. He helped load it in my truck, I couldn’t ask for a better deal. A+ business. I actually got off work right when the store was closing, and he was kind enough to come back and reopen so I could take a look at the refrigerators. That level of service is exceptional!! We purchased a refrigerator, and he and his crew came out promptly to deliver and install it. Unfortunately, the refrigerator ended up not fitting, but Yas handled the situation with integrity and professionalism. Even though I didn’t keep the fridge, I really appreciate the effort, honesty, and hard work from Yas and his team. That level of customer service is hard to find.
