I needed a heating element for an older Airstream not available and I looked everywhere online cannot get. Checked with these guys and they indicate they did not have an exact replacement. Emailed me probably a week latter and found the correct replacement even had the correct part number. It was great that he continued to keep it in mind and found it for me. Awesome to work with thanks much. The refrigerator works great now.

Stayed a bit late on a Friday to make sure I had time to drive over and get a replacement part for my AC. Thanks to sticking around, and even spending extra time to make sure I was getting correct part and offer tips on install, I was able to replace the blower wheel on my AC, while out camping on a hot August weekend. AC worked great! This is why family owned, local shops are still so amazing. Oh, and the price for the part was slightly less than OEM, and a great price all around!

Terrible customer service; ordered a handrail and when we received it there was no hardware, the package was taped in box but no hardware in it; tried calling , left voicemail, sent an email and sent a text, no responses to any; no paperwork in box either to know what size hardware it takes ;this was ordered from Elkhart RV parts
