Cole's Appliance

I have purchased all of my appliances from Cole's for decades and believe in shopping local, but unfortunately, they do not stand behind their errors. Their technician incorrectly hooked up our dishwasher causing a flood. My flooring, counter, and cupboards were damaged as a result. Cole's would not stand behind their error. I have learned that I am better off buying appliances from big box stores.

After a 6 hour drive home, arriving at 4am the last thing we needed was the stench of rotting meat from our now dead refrigerator. It was the day before a holiday and the weekend was approaching, we had little hope that we could get a new refrigerator before Monday and 4 days with no refrigerator seemed like an eternity. My father in-law always shopped at Coles, and had nothing but good things to say about them, I had always been a Home Depot/Lowes girl, but I took the chance. And I am so glad we did. The available selection and pricing was better than that of the big box stores, and the customer service was first class. They were able to deliver, install and haul away within hours of our purchase. The installers were first class as well. Overall this was a great experience and we will always look to Cole's first for all of our appliance and furniture needs. Thank you Cole's!

This company is awesome. I had a problem with my new washer and dryer as they just would not operate correctly. Coles did everything they could to fix them and ultimately replaced the units when it just wasn't possible. This process was easy as they were so responsive. I have bought other appliances and TV's from them and you not only get a great price but the great service too. I highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Coles in Lincoln. I ordered a stackable washer and dryer in July. None of the stores stocked the one I wanted. They told me 2 to 3 weeks estimate for delivery it showed up in two weeks. The following week the installers were at my place within the 2 hour block time they gave me.. They were awesome, took them 30 minutes to do everything they needed to do. You will not get service like this from big box stores. There was not even a price difference from big box store. I will not hesitate to give them a call for future purchases. Karina was the nicest and friendliest person to ever take care of me. I dont leave too many reviews but felt I should leave them a much deserved review.
